This detector has a 10-year lithium battery. This means you are protected for 10 years, without having to replace the battery. This detector from ELRO has a high quality optical sensor. This sensor reacts quickly to fire, gives fewer false alarms and is very environmentally friendly. In the event of a fire, the smoke detector gives an alarm of no less than 85dB.
This detector complies with the European standard EN 14604:2005/AC:2008. In addition to the 2-year legal warranty on the entire unit including the battery, Elro provides a 10-year factory warranty on the sensor.
